Harper Falls is a small city located in the North-East of The Kingdom of Mana. It is a hub city for dozens of small farming towns, and a common traveller’s rest for those heading North through to The Iron Empire.
It is located next to a waterfall which connects the North and South sections of Lake Eterel, and is a popular destination for those with the means to take vacations.
