Trovious the Mysterious Delirious is a retired wizard who built a wizard’s tower across the river from Tallowbrook to get away from it all and live a quiet life of study and rest.
Occasionally, the towns-folk refer to him as ‘Trovious the Delirious’ because of his odd tendencies, including a tendency to forget to put pants on under his wizard’s robe.
