Legends speak of great ancient beings which slumber in the farthest reaches of the world, that once roamed free, destroying everything in their path.

It is said that no mortal could oppose these beings in battle and so a guild was formed known as “The Order of Slumber”. This group discovered the correct Rites of Verbrunor (the god of shadow and sleep) which would allow them to cast the ancient titanic beings into an eternal slumber.
