Prompt
The troops that usually guard the highway that runs through Bracken Hill are off fighting giant monsters or something. That leaves the townsfolk to defend against banditry, goblins and petty thieves. Jesik, the tavern-keeper heard from a trapper that there’s a new bandit camp just 2 hours North of town, with plans to raid the village soon.
Location
This adventure is set in the town of Bracken hill, between the capital Manahelm and the city of Corsastor. It is an important stopover for those travelling between the two cities. It is common to find convoys of a up to two dozen wagons and carts travelling along the road, and they are usually accompanied by dispatched military from Manahelm or Corsastor, but due to recent events, these troops have been deployed elsewhere.
